Keto Dreams Day Thirteen

“That which is impenetrable to us really exists.  Behind the secrets of nature remains something subtle, intangible, and inexplicable.  Veneration for this force beyond anything that we can comprehend is my religion.” — Albert Einstein

Looks like I repeated Day Twelve.  Sorry about that.  At this point, will just continue on even though this is in reality Day Fourteen since I resumed Keto from Carnivore.

Success!  I can’t seem to arrange these in different configurations but I managed to add three photos at once together.  We leave Saturday for camp and I thought posting a few pictures would get us all in the mood.  We hope our friend Ben has plowed us out.

I’m still reading Dan Brown but not as much research as the packing and organizing and shopping days approach here.  But a moment for an Einstein quote and ponderable.

We need a trip to Sam’s and one to Kroger’s and Whole Foods, a stop at Vince & Joe’s for some fabulous produce.  The Christmas shopping is complete.  Those of you celebrating Christmas are likely making similar preparations.

No food for me.  I ended up eating some ice cream for a cheat day during my recent migraine (still hanging on) and I need a couple fast days.  Unfortunately, adding vegetables has induced migraines, some ringing in the ear, food cravings and mood fluctuations, though the latter is hard to judge since I’ve had some trying circumstances.  Rather than send my cholesterol back sky-high by returning to carnivore right now, a couple fast days will likely accomplish the same thing without doing that.  I’m a bit discouraged about even judiciously adding vegetables back into my diet.  My stomach luckily has been no worse for wear, but I have had other health challenges reoccur.  I’ve just had a few cooked vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and salad.  Salad dressing.  (Until I ate the ice cream)  I am sure I’ll cheat a bit for Christmas dinner.

I will post again tomorrow, then quick posts on travel days and organization days up north.  I’ll be thinking of you.

Dreams:  I have recurring dreams of comedians and I guess this qualifies.  Sort of.  Dreamed I was wearing a Robin Williams mask and when they wanted me to perform had to have this other guy do it.  I was claustrophobic in the mask.  The people I was with said that his girlfriend had been cheating on him and I wanted to know if he knew that the day he killed himself.  They didn’t know.  I’ve never dreamed of him before.  Dreamed of Chevy, Tim Allen, Steve Martin, Bill Murray most.  Woody Allen.  It’s nice to see comedians in my dreams.  Usually bodes well for creativity.  Then I was in this house or apartment and people were pounding on the door.  They wouldn’t answer when I hollered to ask who they were, so I wouldn’t open the door.  I finally heard women respond, so I let them in.  Unclear who they were or what they wanted.  One had dishwater blonde long hair.
