Ok, I have not been totally perfect because I’ve been drinking a little wine, having a few choice garden veggies, so I’d say I’m a bit more keto, but I’ve increased protein and that seems to have offset things. More muscle. I’m eating more beef, eggs, and cheese. I plan to do even better but things improve. If you build more muscle, you burn more fat. That simple. So things improve.
We closed on the rental house (after it fell through once), and though things are on track, thank heaven, I’m tired out.
